Kim Kardashian has always said that she wanted four kids- now it seems like she’s getting her wish!  According to Us Weekly the Wests are expecting baby #4 via a surrogate in early May.  According to a source baby #4- is a boy!  Neither Kim nor Kanye have confirmed the news.  Kim and Kanye used a surrogate to welcome baby Chicago, who will turn 1 soon. The couple are also parents to North,5 + Saint, 3.
