"Lloyd's got a NEW look!!"
Lloyd thought it was time for a change and time to give back!!
He released a statement on his decision to cut his hair saying,
“I've been growing my hair since 9th grade. It's time for a new me. The fact that my hair will go to someone that needs it more than me, makes me feel great about my decision.”
Non-profit organization Locks of Love will use Lloyd's donated hair to provide a hair piece for a financially disadvantaged child (under age 21) suffering from long-term medical hair loss. Lloyd's longtime hair braider reportedly gave the artist one last 12-inch braid before doing the honors and cutting it off.
In between cutting his hair, LLoyd's working on his fourth studio album and Zone 4/Interscope debut, ‘King of Hearts' which will be lead by the new single “Lay It Down” produced by Awesome Jones a.k.a. Polow Da Don.

True story. The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has denied Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi's request to trademark her nickname for books. There is a "likelihood of confusion" with the already trademarked children's book Adventure of Snooky: Under the Sea, about a cat who goes overboard. Furthering the confusion, both Snooki and Snooky share a yellow-orange complexion.

"Rihanna's NEW Tattoo Has a Mistake!"
Rihanna's new neck tattoo says "rebelle fleur," the French words for "rebellious" and "flower." But in French adjectives usually follow the noun, so "rebelle fleur" should be "fleur rebelle." I wonder how much it's going to cost to correct that?

The Situation is cashing in on his washboard stomach by releasing a workout DVD, but he's letting his fans be the judge of the finished product. The Jersey Shore cast member took to his Facebook page and asked his 'friends' to vote on their favourite cover shot of his ripped abs. My vote? The 2nd one. Look for the DVD to hit stores around the holidays.

"Fantasia Hospitalized for a Possible Overdose"
Fantasia Barrino was hospitalized Monday night at Carolinas Medical Center-Pineville at about 8:55 p.m for a medication overdose.
Sources close to the situation say the condition is not life-threatening and it's not known what type of medication was taken. Also, no one knows whether the overdose was accidental or intentional. If they do no one is saying anything.
The timing seems a little suspicious since news of Fantasia's sex tape with a married man just broke days ago. And the statement released by her manager yesterday did very little to clear her name.
Maybe she was self-medicating and took it too far?!
Fantasia's manager says the singer has been hospitalized in stable condition after taking an overdose of "aspirin and a sleep aid."

"Guess Who Is Getting His Own Reality Show?? VANILLA ICE! "
Alright stop. Renovate and listen. Reportedly, Vanilla Ice is getting his own show on the DIY Network. Vanilla, a.k.a. Robert Van Winkle, is going to star in a home improvement show called “The Vanilla Ice Project”, a working title, we hope. There is so much more naming potential, in our opinion. What about “Yo DIY, Let’s Kick It!” or “The House At A1A Beachfront Avenue“?
A network representative said the idea for the show came about because “over the last 15 years, Rob has taught himself the basics of home improvement through hands-on experience.” In addition, “Rob demonstrates his vast knowledge in home renovation … . He calls the shots in this room-by-room home makeover series, exposing an entirely new side of the star — one that his fans never have seen before.” That’s a pretty amazing concept, although we wonder who will watch since it’s like, specifically made for the Venn Diagram of people who love white rappers and Holmes On Homes, a slim crossover if ever there was one. As for his “wide open” knuckle tattoos above, we assume that’s a reference to the French doors leading out to a lovely patio at Chez Vanilla.
