Longtime retailer Charlotte Russe is joining the legions of mall storefronts set to shut its doors.  They filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection about a month ago but last night the Charlotte Russe website posted “Going out of business…All stores.” Apparently the going out of business sales would start on Thursday, March 7.
